Sales prices and how to purchase and billing:

The Raap Trading Sas accepts orders from all over the world.

All sales prices of the products shown on the site www.raaptrading.it which an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 cc, are exclusive of VAT.

All prices listed in the windows, tabs and products during the purchase are quoted in Euros. In case of discrepancy in prices, following the order of the client will be immediately communicated to the customer by phone or eMail that without penalty can withdraw from the purchase commitment. The amounts will be shown on the invoice only in Euros. The bill will come to you, on delivery or later, if you want, in hard copy by regular mail and charge shipping.

 

Product availability:

Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract:

The purchase of the request is processed in the following steps:

1. By placing an order, the customer sends in Raap Trading Sas an offer to purchase the product or products selected. The sending of the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Art. 10 DL185 / 1999) to receive further communications from Raap Trading Sas described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of sell contract. Delivery time:

Delivery of merchandise, ranging depending on the location of the customer from a minimum of 4 days to a maximum of 8 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authority. Receipt of Goods:

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check the following:

• That the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document.

• That the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).

Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the word

"Subject to control GOODS"

on the appropriate document indicating the nature of the dispute.

Obligations of:

Jurisdiction:

 

The sales contract between the customer and Raap Trading Sas is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.

For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum in Naples.
